The purpose of LUCCLand Use and Land Cover Change (LUCCLand Use/Land Cover Change) is to prompt the basic process of interaction between the earth environment system on which human beings depend for survival and the increasingly developed production system (agriculture, industrialization/urbanization, etc.). The GLC2000 data product is the global land cover data of the European Union Joint Research Center. The data is from the 1kmSPOT4 Vegetation sensor data from 1999 to 2000. It is divided into 19 regions. 20 partners have completed the production with unsupervised and supervised classification. The overall statistical accuracy is 68.6%, and the spatial resolution is 1km.
