This dataset includes the global ocean monthly average transparency remote sensing products from January 2009 to December 2009. This product is based on the SeaWiFS satellite data source and retrieved by using the self-developed semi analytical remote sensing model of seawater transparency. This dataset provides scientific researchers with global seawater transparency data products, serving for offshore water quality assessment, marine primary productivity assessment, and global change research.
