Data Abstract

The Mongolian Plateau, as the largest arid and semiarid Plateau in Northern hemisphere, plays an important role in the climate changes and sustainable development of the ecological environment. NDVI vegetation time series data in Mongolia Plateau has significant for regional and global enviornment change study. This data set contains 1059 HDF files, with a resolution of 1000 meters, coordinate type of WGS-84,and projection using Albers projection. It was clipped from SPOTVGT d10 remote sensing data for global vegetation cover. The data set can be used to support Mongolian vegetation distribution and change studies.
